Small Claims
General Information:

Small Claims cases are limited to claims not more than $4000. Forms are available in the Self-Help Department located on the 3rd floor or in the Limited Actions Department located in the basement. Filing fees are required at time of filing as follows: <=$500 and >$500 - $47.50 and <=$4,000 - $67.50.

Cases are heard on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month @ 2pm. In Division 12 located in the basement. Call 913-573-2813 or 913-573-2811 for more information.
