Probate Clerks process request for information and mail. This department interacts with attorneys, the general public and other government agencies. 

 

In the State of Kansas Adoptions and Care and Treatment are sealed records. 

 

Location and Hours : 

The Probate Department is located on the First floor of the Wyandotte County District Courthouse.

Our office is open Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed for lunch 12-1 p.m.
